I heart bungalows. One of the best building types, and an endangered species throughout Miami, where it was once widespread. This is exactly the type of housing the City of Miami should be restoring – not tearing down (as they recently voted to allow with a zoning change along 12th avenue – a bastion of bungalow frontage).
