If a car comes to close, shoot. It's self defense! Too bad judges wouldn't view it that way. I wish at least we could start treating the car legally like a weapon as it is treated in some other countries such as Mexico. If you hit someone, it's the same as using a weapon on them. That's what <a href="http://www.thinkspain.com/news-spain/15409/two-serious-after-pedestrians-mown-down-on-malaga-street" rel="nofollow">this guy</a> who mowed down pedestrians in Spain did. Luckily, her injuries were minor. Also, a lengthy article on msnbc dot com about how U.S. lags in bicycling infrastructure, what else is new? I hope the two injured cyclists are ok. I wonder how that critically injured cyclist on the MacArthur Causeway is doing?
