Too bad judges wouldn&#039;t view it that way. I wish at least we could start treating the car legally like a weapon as it is treated in some other countries such as Mexico. If you hit someone, it&#039;s the same as using a weapon on them. 		<description>I read an article online this weekend about the wife of the West Virginia governor who was hit by a car while riding her bicycle with her husband and his security detail, no less. Luckily, her injuries were minor. Also, a lengthy article on msnbc dot com about how U.S. lags in bicycling infrastructure, what else is new? I hope the two injured cyclists are ok. I wonder how that critically injured cyclist on the MacArthur Causeway is doing?</description>
