		<description>What's wrong with having the skylift at Bayfront?  I mean, how does that take away from the park's usability or green-spacey-ness?  I've gotta agree with Alesh on CriticalMiami when he says you've been a bit militaristic/whiny/cranky lately.  I love your site but c'mon, dude, lighten up.</description>

		<description>The difference between the import/export businesses that use the Miami River and the condos is that the condo developers may provide kickbacks and benefits under the table to the commissioners whereas the shipping companies may play a little nicer. Perhaps they do provide some kickbacks, but the condo developers might be able to provide a sweeter deal.</description>
