Looks like Atlanta, but I don’t think it is. The funny thing is, we have something similar to this in rural Martin and Palm Beach counties. Florida’s turnpike runs next to I-95, separated only be a barrier wall. The turnpike is only 4 lanes there and I-95 is only 6 lanes (will be widened to 8 eventually), but with shoulders from 2 roadways, that’s at least 200′ of pavement width in a RURAL area.
