Who in their right mind does not want proper planning and a better city in general? Regarding Tri-Rail, it seems that when things start to turn around for the better in the South Florida region, government officials want to tear it apart. Keep the funding of the Tri-Rail and watch people leave their cars. Taking away the money makes no sense! This is a perfect example of the county commissioners lack of experience.
