		<description>The Gables commissioners are upset that they can't use the transit tax money to repave streets and put in palm trees (which is how the rest of MD cities use their money). Using transit tax money on...transit? Thats nuts.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Also on the Palmer Trinity NIMBY issue, there was a story in the Herald a few months back of a neighborhood group in South Miami complaining that there is always noise coming from the park next to their house from kids playing there and they are demanding South Miami do something about the situation. Parks in South Florida are supposed to be just decorations in front of your house, not actually used.</description>
