  1. 1 MOC

Pave it over and then build a 50 story condominium tower on the site and sell the condos to speculators at sub-prime interest rates and use Miami community development resource money to subsidize the developers and the wealthy speculators who purchase the condos. But don’t let anyone know until the city and county commissions make all of these decisions and insider deals with their lobbyist cronies in a clandestine fashion.

Or, make it a passive park green space with a modest exhibit around the circle and notices that additional and more detailed exhibits can be viewed down the street in the Miami Museum.
