So happy to see they are keeping the panoramic windows.
Hope they don’t use carpet, the smells tend to stay in the carpet and make the car so stinky. Looking forward to that.
Now if only they can build more light rail.

I can’t wait! They look so sleek.
I hope they do have carpet, though. I don’t know why, but the carpetted ones now don’t smell as bad as the uncarpetted ones.
I just moved to miami from nyc.. where I lived in Brooklyn: in bed-stuy & bushwick (both known for poor and inconsistent public transportation). People keep telling me I’m crazy for not having a car down here. I was also warned that I would be very disappointed by Miami’s public transportation.
I remained committed and optimistic. Until today. I just wasted 70 minutes of my life on the filthy, smelly, degraded metro mover system.
Only once in bed-stuy was I scared or harassed on the subway.
Today I was harassed twice, and groped once. WTF. Not once, in my entire Outer Loop journey did I see a security person or employee for that matter. On top of all that, the metro mover seems to be the FILTHIEST vessels I have ever ridden in. No, scratch that, it is on par with one particular bus I rode in in New Delhi - but at least the people there were not insane and covered in their own feces.
Where is the government support for these homeless and mentally ill people?
I refused to make any sort of judgement about the Metro Mover until I actually rode on it, in its entirety. Now I can say; next time I will definitely be walking.
Congratulations to the politicians of Miami; You Suck.
Well, I’m sorry that you had to experience those things, but I’ve never felt or were threatened on any public transit mode here in South Florida.
Then again, I am a 6′3″ tall, black man, so that might be why.
As a Miamian, I’m truly sorry that you had to go through that. I hope that hasn’t completely changed your mind about public transportation in South Florida.
