So what exactly is your beef with Miami 21, and how would you go about fixing the current code, given that you think it's feasible and in the best interest of the people of Miami?

The problem was not a scheduling problem. DPZ and the Miami 21 planners are unable or unwilling to fix all the problems in Miami 21. Attorneys, neighborhood activists, property owners and residents all have compliants.

Commissioners have all been getting numerous complaints. Miami 21 needs three votes. (Out of 5). Not possible at this time.

$2.5 Mil wasted on fees. Perhaps City should just fix the existing Code. It works fine when it is not abused. At least staff and residents understand it.
