I really wish Miami-Dade Transit had continued Metrorail expansions in the 1990s instead of just starting now, the system would be so more effective.
Also, the comment he said about the metromover not having the (I believe) 4 miles of rail, was in fact accomplished with the Omni and Brickell loops, am I right?
I liked the commissioners comments he was real about Miami-Dade and the Metro-Rail. It is unfortunate that so little is being done now toward creation of a system. It makes me wish they had a half cent tax dedicated to transit. Oh wait…
Maybe another half cent is needed only for Metro-Rail expansion. After that they can give us a half cent sales tax cut.
