Don’t you think once this big affordable housing project goes up (without parking) it will accelerate the growth of other affordable housing buildings in the CBD without parking as well and give people?

I wonder how the Miami Parking Authority feels about all the private lots. I know they get a tax from pay for parking lots, but all the free parking hurts their ability to collect funds. How I can’t wait for the redefining of Miami as a pedestrian city.
