BoB’s review of 395 realignment plan is excellent! Thank you for mentioning it. I just see one thing missing from his plan though - any mention of the FEC railtracks. In all of the maps involving a tunnel, it seems like the FEC railtracks are going to go missing. That’s scary - I still hope the line is going to open up for commuter rail into downtown Miami!
